This process is quite intense and it’s not about slashing you with oak and birch leaves but rather working the steam around you to warm you up so deep that you feel the need to plunge into the chilled water afterwards. The contrast causes release of adrenalin and stress hormones and immense invigoration that follows.

Our Public Area which also hosts our Slavic Restaurant is a cozy, nature-inspired setting that acts as a base for the Banya experience. Here guests can relax, order food, drinks and treatments whilst experiencing our Banya facilities.

Our wet area features the largest steam sauna (Banya) in the MENA region, offering premium steam and our signature Parenie treatment. Traditionally a social space, the Banya is perfect for relaxing and connecting with friends. Guests can cool down in the cold plunge pool, snow room, or under cold-water buckets.
